Digital Topographical Survey

BSO carry out for Digital Topographic Survey is the accurate depiction of a particular property, area of land,defined boundary which is scaled and detailed to show all the natural and manmade artificialfeatures and their level and record the coordinates for the particular area are being carried out forsurvey of Roads, Railway Line, Gas Line, Electric Line, River, Canal, Culverts, Bridges, Privateand public land properties, Industries, Educational Institutes, Irrigation Projects, ForeignEmbassy/ High Commission etc. using RTK-GPS, Electronic Total Station, Drone, Auto/DigitalLevel Machine etc.
Digital Topographic Surveyof the entire area using Total Station. Coded field strings and single points are observed to general a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) are used computer based design software. Longitudinal and Cross sections are done depending on the Clients.
Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) is prepared based on the requirement of the individual valued clients, generally based on latest published Mouza Maps. The LAP including the proposed area or route, plots to be acquired partially or fully and area of individual all plot with name of Mouza. Plot schedule are of second order as per requirement of the valued clients.
Fly Levelling carry out with respective to standard datum using Auto Level Machine with permissible error as per requirement of the valued clients.

Establishment of Control Points (X, Y &Z)

BSO carry out survey for establishment of control points using Total Station, RTK-GPS and Auto Levelling Equipment. Horizontal Control Points are established with reference to UTM (WGS84) or BTM Coordinates and Vertical Control points with reference to MSL/PWWD datum depending on the requirement of the valued Clients. Each control points are marked with its reference number. The control points are established in such a way that it serves as both horizontal (X, Y) and Vertical (Z) control points. The control points area established on available permanent objects. If permanent objects are not available then as per requirement of the valued Clients, control points are established on RCC pillars prior to start Topographical Detailed Survey at site, close traverse survey are carried out for the full length or at entire area. Traverse adjustment are computed using standard Traverse accuracy Computer Software.

Hydrographic Survey

Hydrographic Survey is being carried out by BSO which determines the physical features, elevations of under water anddefine a body of water to support marine construction and being carried out using Eco-sounder,DGPS etc. for River, Canal, Sea, Irrigation area etc.

Aerial Survey

Aerial Survey of a particular area being carried out by BSO to collect Topographic information to savetime and to get real information with fine resolution coverage of low land, high land existingstructure top to bottom information. Also produce a three-dimensional Topographic map, Ortho-mosaic photo, Digital Surface Model and Digital Terrain Model of the survey area withHorizontal and Vertical Control Survey connected to primary and secondary benchmarks usingDrone, Electronic Total Station, Level Machine etc.

Underground Survey

BSO also carry out underground utilities survey for check for below ground wiring or pipes to locate water, power, sewerage, drainage, gas, Telephone communication benath the needed to surveyed using GPR.

Soil Investigation

BSO carry out Soil investigation, also called geo-technical investigation, represents a method of determining physical as well as mechanical properties of soil at a construction site to establish whether soil is safe and solid for construction by predicting the behavior of the foundation and uncertainties in foundation design by testing the disturbed and undisturbed soil sample. Soil investigation entails the application of several different methods and represents an essential part of the building and site preparation process. Soil investigations are usually performed by conducting a soil boring and either any one method from these four: Standard Penetration Test (SPT) or Cone Penetration Test (CPT) or Pressure Meter Test or Vane Shear Test. These all test take place on land.
For finding the physical properties of soil we usually do the Grain size analysis (Sieve analysis or hydrometer test), Atterberg limit test, Moisture content test. On the other hand, mechanical properties can find by the Specific gravity test, Direct shear test, Unconfined compressive strength test, Consolidation test, Triaxial test, Permeability test and so on.
